All caps, full stop / period: record store peeps like us love them. Nic and Adam recorded it in a wood cabin in the wilds of North Michigan in the freezing mid Winter, should be a suitably chilled and frosty one then. On Dais records; choose from your black or yellow vinyl, or even a CD should you prefer.

Missing Foundation made a point of fighting gentrification in New York's Lower East Side and other metropolitan areas. They left their logo painted on walls whereever they travelled. Walking around in major European cities in the late 80's/early 90's you would find this all over the place.

In "Your house is Mine", we hear "I have a right to live in your house, I have a right to exist at the same time!" You can imagine Missing on the sidewalk with a megaphone, barking out warnings before being carried off by the authorities. This album and 'Demise' are the best Missing Foundation releases. Fans of this album might enjoy the album 'Gigs for an Imaginary Audience' by the Houston band /5(2).

Nov 01,  · mf was not about destroying clubs it was a statement beyond destruction which is also a form of creation. it was a rebellion against a government who lost sight of culture and humanity. the album that put the band on the map was in entitled ‘ - your house is mine’ listed in the times as a classic mood music for urban chaos.
